Every 8th day of March the Municipality of Norala was celebrating their festival. Kamayadan Festival was the showcase of the story of how the farmers plant and harvest their palay.
At the same time the Municipality of Norala was searching for their Mutya ng Norala, it was measured the beauty and intelligence of woman.
